-These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. ORDERS AND PERSONALIZATION
-Custom Orders: Our products are personalized based on the details you provide such as names, dates, or uploaded images. Please double-check all information before submitting, as we are not responsible for errors you provide.
-Proofs: If we send you a digital proof, your approval constitutes final confirmation. Once approved, no further changes can be made.
-No refunds will be granted unless there is an error with the item cause by us, or if the item arrived damaged or destroyed due to improper packaging. If there is noticeable damage to the outside of the packaging, take photo and contact us immediately so we can contact the shipping company and report the incident.
-Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, especially if they contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
-All prices are listed in USD.
-Payment is required at the time of order. We accept payment through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard.
-Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be effected.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
-We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsble for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, shipping carriers, or events outside our control.
-Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience, but are not guaranteed.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
-Personalized items: Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
-Non-Personalized items: These items must be returned within 60 days and there will be a restocking fee of 50%. The buyer is also responsible for any shipping and handling as well as the associated costs incurred.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
-All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and product photos, are the intellectual property of Muir Images LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
-By submitting personalization details, images, or designs, you confirm you have the rights use that content and grant us the right to produce your order.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
-We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
-Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. USER CONDUCT
-You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with others' use.
9. PRIVACY

At Muir Wedding Decor, we take pride in creating personalized wedding decor and gifts with care. Because many of our products are custom made, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be clear and fair.
1. PERSONALIZED ITEMS
-All sales of personalized or custom-made products such as engraved signs, decor, or gifts, are final.
-We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for errors in personalization provided by the customer, such as misspellings, dates, and design details.
-If your personalized order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item as well as the packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be at our discretion.
2. NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
-Non-custom products may be returned within 60 days of delivery. However, all items will be subject to a 50% restocking fee if the item is not returned within 7 days of delivery. If the item is returned within the 7-day window, a full refund will be granted.
-Item must be either unused, or undamaged.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
-If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item as well as the packaging.
-We will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
-Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun.
-After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.
5. REFUNDS
-Refunds (If applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.
-procesing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
